Key Responsibilities:
Provide first class account management to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and support
Manage annual revenue retention and growth for the client portfolio
Deliver marketing campaigns that drive enrollment and engagement for client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in a client-facing role in healthcare consulting or services
Demonstrated history of exceeding performance metrics with clients
Experience in growing business and exceeding ARR through sales and renewals
Background working with executive level clients and complex contracting agreements
Understanding of telehealth, wellness, or nutrition space is a plus
